As for playing out my fantasies with my wife? Aint gonna happen.
When we have sex, we have good sex, but it's not very creative. She claims that she doesn't have any fantasies and that she never thinks about sex outside of actually having sex.
Plus, because I strayed a little bit a few years ago, she assumes that everything sexy is from a past encounter, a future plan, or a porn movie.

Okay I can see why she might be a little timid in that department given what happened in the past. As for me I tend to live in the past and not let go of certain things. Its not right or wrong.
Maybe you could go to counseling, or just get her really really drunk and video tape the really awesome sex and while taking her tell her how much you love her and only want her.
Then when she gets into one of her moods of saying she doesn't want to or anything. Tell her that is fine all you want to do is watch a movie and cuddle. Then play the movie you two made while she was drunk and free of abandon.
