I don't have any special stories about Halloween sex, being seduced at a costume party, or about a quickie in the ally with the mysterious princess who turned out to be my ex-girlfriend/mother/teacher/admin.... I like Halloween. I've sewn my own costumes in the past and sometimes made a real effort. This year has been too hectic. I got a $4 afro wig at the local drug store and will be pulling out my torn jeans, tie-die t-shirt, and beat up leather sandals to go as a hippy. If I get the energy I'll find some make-up and go as a dead-hippie, but most of the night I'll be playing the role of "dad who walks behind and carries all the candy."
If things go really well, I'll see my friends wife at the pre-trick-or-treat dinner. She's a bit flirty, drop-dead-california-blond-beautiful, and is fun to be around.
Nothing will happen, but it's always fun to see her. (How pathetic is that?)
Anyway, this post matches the mood of this week, a little blah, a lot tired, and ready for January to roll around. I'm just not in the mood for the holiday season.
